This month, our team mobilized to a Manhattan brownstone on 20th Street to complete Phase 1 of a multi-stage steel installation — part of a full building reinforcement and rear-yard upgrade project led by a local general contractor.

Phase 1: Structural Steel Installation
We began by installing new steel columns and channel support beams for the rear wall opening. This critical reinforcement created the framework needed for the upcoming steel deck system. Our scope included:

• Field measurements for final column fabrication
• Shop-built steel components delivered to site
• On-site erection by certified ironworkers
• Coordination with site super and GC for sequencing
  
  

Phase 2: Miscellaneous Steel – Stairs, Deck, Guardrails
