All Seasons Iron Works ("ASIW," "we," "us") operates a low-volume SMS notification service used for internal business communications: owner alerts, operational and job-status notifications, approved employee task and schedule reminders, and individually authorized personal reminders.
No sharing of mobile numbers
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing or any other purpose. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages described above and is accessible only to ASIW and the service providers that transmit messages on our behalf, who are not permitted to use it for any other purpose. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent
Recipients are added only after direct authorization recorded by the business owner - employees through written onboarding consent, and individuals through direct verbal authorization to the owner. There is no public sign-up and no purchased contact lists.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies; recipients typically receive fewer than one message per day. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Data retention
Delivery records are kept for internal operational and audit purposes and are not used for advertising. Requests to review or delete your information may be sent to [email protected].
